If you are experiencing a lot of condensation inside your windows and the glass unit is misting up we can help. Normally when double glazing fails it has lost the vacuum between the sheets of glass and moisture can get in. Over time the moisture will leave an inaccessible residue / tide marks that will prevent the window looking clean and clear. Once this has happened the glass unit needs replacing.
Customers increasingly want to help the environment by replacing their glass units with energy saving glass Cambridge (also known as Low E, low-emissivity or K-Glass). The glass has a transparent metallic coating which reflects heat back into your room as well as allowing the heat and light from the sun through into your room (passive solar heat gain). This can help reduce your heating bills. We have a team of expert glaziers that sevice the entire UK, for every type of double glazing repairs.

After you have chosen which glass is right for you, a survey needs to be done. Our experienced surveyor takes the relevant measurements, such as width x height x cavity. A cavity is the thickness of the spacer bar required and these can be between 6mm and 20 mm, in 2mm increments. The spacer bars come in various colours such as silver, bronze and gold.
We promise to offer excellent value for money no matter what type of glazing repair Cambridge is undertaken.
